It's time to start the process to assemble a slate of persons for the elections to be held in the spring of 2009. Members in good standing may nominate any other member or themselves for an office. Offices open for election are President, Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer. All terms are for three (3) years commencing on Friday, July 10, 2009.
Please review the LOTS Constitution for the duties of LOTS Officers, and the nomination and election procedures and requirements (Article VI). All members in good standing for 24 months prior to February 2009, interested in being an officer in our great club are encouraged to apply.
A candidate summary and statement sheet is available by request. These sheets must be completed and returned by February 1, 2009, for any nominee to be placed on the ballot.
